Lace, ruffles and bows

There are days when I wake up and just have no clue on what to put on. I could stare for hours at my closet and still find nothing to wear. Today was just a day like that. After a long thorough examination of my wardrobe, I decided on the lace dress and added a make-shift bow belt to make it a little bit more interesting. And the ruffles bit from the title are of course from the shoes. Also, how cute is my oak tree ring from Vividots? I think on a whole, the resulting outfit was not too shabby after all:)

I hate to post grainy pictures like these but today was such a dark, rainy day that this was the best I could do.
Don't you just hate it when the weekend is over? I always wish Sundays could last just a little bit longer ♥

    Oh Sher, this does not look granny at all. It is has a vintage and classic mix of style. I love the lace top paired with a simple black jeans. And the bow added something to it.

    The blue sandals made a great impression because of the contrast with the outfit.

    You did a pretty good job.

    Yeah I know, I hate having only two weekends, I wanted to have more. Oh well, will be having a 4 day holiday next week so I am up for it.

    i feel the exact same way almost everytime! i always tell bf i dun haf anyting to wear n that i nid to go shopping...

    couple days ago when we went out shopping, i had the same prob.. then when i FINALLY decided what to wear, i took ages trying to decide what shoes to match the outfit!!

    bf is always bored stiff cos i take ages to decide anything & everything... *guilty look*

    i have days like that too! i would just stand there and wonder there's nothing i can wear - and my mom would wonder what's wrong with me since i'm staring at a closet full of clothes! :P

    Love your shoes! I remember Carrie (from SATC) wearing something like that from one of the episode (or was it from the first movie?)

    Anyway, it happens to me most of the time, can't find anything to wear and would end up wearing something black, safer colour :)
