Miss Audrey

The little white dress I'm wearing is the fruit of my laborious pre-CNY shopping with my friend, Michelle. It's funny how out of all the pretty dresses in the shop, that both of of us only had eyes for this dress in black. Anyway, she tried it on first and much to my disappointment, the shopkeeper turned to me and said that it was the very last piece. Being the good friend that I am, I insisted for Michelle to have it although I was indeed nursing a little ache inside at the thought of not going home with this dress. So imagine how big my eyes widened when the shopkeeper told me they still have the dress but in white! And that is how I ended up with this white 'audrey' dress! I think I much prefer it in white now despite the few bridesmaid references thrown at me when I wore it out.

And this is my first try of a top knot or whatever you want to call it, which unfortunately is completely obscured by the white hairbow I had on. I never thought that it will look suitable on me but I find it quite addictive to pile my hair into a top knot now. Also this hairstyle is imperative keep myself cooler amidst the sweltering heat we've been having now. The dry spell is expected to last through March.
So I'm guessing the top knot is going to stay for a little while more ♥
