So it's been quite sometime ago that beauty boxes have been all the rage and when I found out about the various beauty box brands we have here, I've decided to subscribe a storm! I thought it'll be nice to do some reviews of the boxes that I receive. So the first review would be the Modbox's January Edition.
It came in a very simple, purple box but it opened up to such a lovely, floral scent which I love love love! It also revealed the 5 beauty products which I get to try out!
The star of this month's box is undoubtedly Kiss Me Heroine Make Impact Liquid Eyeliner in black which came full sized and retails at RM49.90. I've tried it once and I must say it's definitely long lasting. It's been awhile since I used a liquid eyeliner as I've favored using gel/felt pen eyeliner which in my opinion is easier to put on. But I'll probably include this in more of my future makeup routines.
The rest of the box contained a Sante Naturkosmetik full sized body lotion (it had a fruity, refreshing scent but I was slightly put off by the old looking packaging), a Claire Organics handmade soap, a really tiny bottle of Cellnique Skin Action Sebum Gel and a Bulgarian White Rose mask from My Beauty Diary (I absolutely love this, it was super hydrating and moisturizing! May have to run to the store to get this!!).
Well, all in all, it was a pretty decent box to receive. Though it would be great if Modbox could feature brands from places like Sephora in the future, I could think of a million things I'll love to try out from there! Can't wait to receive the next box ♥

Modbox would make a lovely continuing gift to someone - it's nicely wrapped and presented I like the ribbon. The wrapping with the label reminds me of the way the full brief panties I order from HerRoom come wrapped - in a pretty lavender paper with the HerRoom label sealing it. I've used liquid eyeliner and liked it so the Kiss Me Heroine Make Impact Eyeliner would be fun to try. The body lotion, soap, skin action gel and mask sound like a treat. I like Sephora too. I'll have to look more closely at your eye-makeup in your upcoming posts. I'm sure your skin will look lovely.
hey.. that heroine eyeliner looks japanese :p from what i read in the header there.. seems like even if you cry, it wont smudge... issit really that good? :)
